Influence Mastery TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Replay Access and Bonuses Policy (“Policy”) governs the access to the replays of the live Influence Mastery Summit (“Event”) and any associated bonuses provided by Jay Williams Coaching (“Company”). By purchasing access to the replays and/or receiving any bonuses, the purchaser (“You” or the “Purchaser”) agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. No Refunds

1.1. Strict No Refund Policy: The Company maintains a strict no refund policy for access to the Event replays and associated bonuses. Once purchased or accessed, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided unless the event is cancelled. If in the unfortunate event the summit is cancelled, a $10 admin fee will be charged on all refunds. 

1.2. Acknowledgment: By purchasing access or receiving bonuses, You acknowledge and agree that You are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the content, quality, or delivery of the replays or bonuses.
• Technical difficulties or inability to access or view the replays.
• Non-use or partial use of the provided materials or bonuses.

2. Access Duration and Limitations

2.1. Purchasers will have access to the Event replays for a minimum of period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Jay Williams Coaching reserves the right to stop offering this product after 12 months if the product is no longer supported by the company.

2.2. Access to the replays is for personal use only. Distribution, sharing, or broadcasting of the replays is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

2.3. Bonuses provided alongside or as a part of the replay package are for the Purchaser’s use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

3. Technical Support

3.1. Should You encounter any technical issues accessing the replays or bonuses, please contact the Company’s support team for assistance at jay@jaywilliamscoaching.com. While the Company will make every effort to resolve technical issues promptly, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not provide refunds for technical disruptions.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1. This Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

4.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

4.3. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out, and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

4.4. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision in this Policy will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

4.5. This Policy may only be amended or modified in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the Company.

This Policy constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between You and the Company in relation to the access of the Event replays and any bonuses. By purchasing the replays and bonuses, You indicate Your understanding of and agreement to this Policy.
